By accessing or using Fruitful (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again but keep access through the period you have already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or infringe any right.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to monitor individuals without their informed consent in jurisdictions where such consent is required.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account is more than 14 days past-due on payment. You may terminate at any time from the billing page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruitful is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and surfaced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
