No. We’ll show you what the product does and what it doesn’t. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll say so — ideally with a recommendation of who is.
Do I need to set anything up before the call?
No. Bring questions. If you want to see your real workflow, send us one screenshot of a current report and we’ll mirror it in the sandbox before the call.
Who runs the walkthrough?
Someone on the team who built the product, not a generic sales engineer. You’ll get a real answer to questions about how things actually work.
Can we bring our security team?
Please do. We’ll bring our security & data practices page open in a tab. Anything we don’t ship today — SSO/SAML, SCIM, data residency — we’ll tell you honestly.
