Subscription refunds
Fruitful does not offer prorated refunds for partial months. When you cancel a subscription, it ends at the close of the current billing period and you are not charged again. You keep full access until that end date.
AI credit pack refunds
Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once credited to your account. This applies equally to daily free credits (which cannot be carried over or refunded) and purchased packs (which never expire but also cannot be returned).
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund only in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate charge — if our billing system charged your card twice for the same invoice.
- Service outage — if core monitoring functionality was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will refund that month's charge on request.
- First-invoice mistake — if you subscribed in error within 24 hours of your first charge and have not used the Service beyond sign-up, email support and we will refund the first invoice.
How to request a refund
Email support@getfruitful.io with your company name, invoice ID, and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
