What we collect
Account information: name, email, company, role. Collected when you or your admin signs you up.
Monitoring data (desktop agent): screenshots, app and URL activity, keyboard and mouse activity levels (not keystrokes), idle periods. Collected only after you acknowledge the consent screen on first run of the agent. This data is visible to your employer's org admins and your assigned manager, not to Fruitful staff in the normal course of operation.
Payment information: processed by Stripe or Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number — only the last 4 digits and expiry for display.
Usage analytics: standard web metrics on how the dashboard is used (page views, button clicks), used only in aggregate to improve the product.
How we use the data
- To provide and operate the Service.
- To send operational and billing emails.
- To improve the product, in aggregate only.
We do not sell your data or your employees' monitoring data to third parties. Ever.
Data retention
Monitoring data is retained for the window included with your plan (30 to 365 days, depending on the plan you're on). Screenshots older than that window are deleted automatically from our storage every day — both the file and the database record.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing privacy@getfruitful.io. For employees of customer organizations, these requests must be routed through your employer's org admin.
Data location
Primary data lives in our US-based AWS region. We do not replicate data to regions outside our contracted locations without written customer consent.
